Our Wine Promise Beyond the Vine:
Your subscription guarantees your allocation of our exclusive wine, bottled and delivered once production begins. This is not a purchase of a bottle, it’s a generational investment.
Since our rare Chelois grapes require 3–5 years to reach peak production, your early membership is an investment. While you wait, your bottle credits accumulate. See Redemption Policy below.
The Accrual: For every year you are a member before production, you "bank" 6 bottles.
The Redemption: To ensure every member receives their fair share of our limited harvest, we have a Maximum Annual Redemption of 12 bottles (1 case) per member.
Example: if you have banked 18 bottles over 3 years pre-production, you may redeem 12 bottles in the first production year and the remaining 6 in the second year, alongside your standard annual allocation.
