Rooted in Idaho: A Legacy of Rare Wine Built by Hand

We believe in wine that tells a story, not just of the soil, but of the families who tend it. Our vineyard is a return to tradition.

No corporate red tape, no digital shortcuts. Just rare grapes, Idaho terroir, and a commitment to passing something meaningful down to the next generation.

How It Works

Your Generational Investment in Four Steps

Become a Member:
Complete our online enrollment form to reserve your place in the vineyard. Select your preferred subscription, either monthly or annual, to begin your ownership stake.

Step 1:

Traditional Settlement:
In keeping with our "old-school" philosophy, we accept payments via Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or Cash (in person). Once your form is submitted, you will receive an email with instructions.

Step 2:

Receive A Brass Tag:
Upon receipt of payment, we hand-stamp a custom brass tag for your vine. This is your "key" to the vineyard and your claim to future harvests.

Step 3:

Future Wine & Legacy:
As our Chelois vines mature (est. 3–5 years), your bottles begin to accrue. Once production begins, you are guaranteed 6 bottles per year of membership.

Step 4:

What’s A Chelois?

Chelois is a historic French-American hybrid known for its deep color and complex, earthy flavor profile, a true reflection of the Idaho terroir.

We are proudly 1 of 8 vineyards in America carrying on the tradition of this robust, unique, and rare wine, which can be hard to find in America.

By owning a vine, you are reviving a classic American winemaking tradition.

Your Questions, Answered

  • To keep our overhead low and our traditions intact, we do not accept credit or debit cards as of right now. We accept Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders by mail, or Cash for those who wish to pay in person by appointment.

  • Yes. These vines are intended to be passed down. Your brass-tagged stake and certificate represent a legacy that can be gifted or inherited by future generations of your family.

  • We are located in White Bird, Idaho. This area is about 4 hours north of boise, or 2 hours south of Lewiston. You can find us at: 297 Bucks Blvd, White Bird, ID 83554

  • To ensure a personal experience, all visits are by appointment only. Prospective members can book a tour to see the terroir, and active members are welcome to visit their specific vine whenever they like. Please contact us via email or phone to set up an appointment.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • Since our vines need 3–5 years to reach peak harvest, your bottles will "bank" or accumulate during this time.

The Redemption: Once production begins, you can start collecting your wine. To ensure there is enough for every family, the maximum redemption is 12 bottles (one case) per year.

Example: If you’ve been a member for 3 years before our first harvest, you’ll have 18 bottles in your "bank." You can redeem 12 bottles the first year and the remaining 6 the following year.

  • Our Chelois grapes are rare and our harvests are intimate. By limiting redemptions to 12 bottles per year, we ensure that every member family gets their fair share of the season's vintage without anyone being left out.

What you plant now, you will harvest later.
